• Attend development workshops and training sessions focused on leadership, industry knowledge, and professional skills.

• Present key learnings and recommendations to leadership at program milestones.

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business, or related field.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated leadership ability through academics, extracurriculars, or work experience.

• Interest in building a career in cattle feeding, beef production, or related agribusiness sectors.

• Willingness to travel to Balance4ward locations and participate in rotations.
