ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed residential architectural drawings and construction documentsCollaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop plansEnsure accuracy and compliance with residential building codes and standardsMake revisions and updates to drawings based on feedbackParticipate in project meetings to review and refine designs
Requirements812 years of professional drafting experience (minimum 5 years in residential architecture required)
Proficiency in AutoCADStrong understanding of residential construction methods and building codesExcellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work 100% onsite in Longwood, FL
Interview ProcessIn-person interview onsite30-minute CAD skills test immediately following interviewThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected architectural group on high-quality residential projects.
