We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team! The Juvenile Court Liaison Counselor provides linkage through direct contact with consumers, families, essential others in their natural environment, within the community, and at the courthouse. Serves as consumer advocate, acting in the consumer’s best interest at all times. Attends Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) development and review meetings. Coordinates and monitors appropriateness of all services. Provides assistance in crisis situations to stabilize consumer and maintain consumer in the least restrictive treatment setting. Provides emergency services. Conducts emergency intakes and completes assessments. Records consumer progress. Analyzes and recommends new programs.
