As a Business Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for building the teams that support our company’s scale — from finance and operations to marketing, compliance, people, and more.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership across the org to identify top talent, shape recruiting processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on a growing Talent team.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for business functions including Finance, People, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and more
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, write compelling job descriptions, and define success profiles
- Drive consistent, structured hiring processes that enable inclusive and fast decision-making
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs using outbound and inbound strategies
- Ensure data integrity and use recruiting metrics to inform priorities and reporting
- 5–8 years of experience recruiting for business/non-technical functions, ideally in a fast-paced or mission-driven environment
- Deep understanding of how to evaluate business talent across different specialties and seniority levels
- Experience with full cycle recruiting from the job ideation phase to offer; with the initiative to take steps forward when structure isn’t there.
- Experience working with Senior & C-suite Leadership as direct stakeholders and hiring managers
- Integrity in your work, you’re able to identify and act when processes trend away from parity & can hold partners and leaders accountable when needed.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments, creating structure where it doesn’t exist
- Deep belief in inclusive, human-centered hiring practices
Base: $120,000 - $170,000 a year
