Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial services, banking, or customer service roles.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, credit processes, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
  • Ability to use financial software and CRM systems proficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification such as Certified Financial Services Counselor (CFSC) or similar credentials.
  • Experience working within the North Carolina banking market or familiarity with state-specific financial regulations.

Responsibilities:
