Responsibilities and Duties

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Center Manager for the European Wax Center in Greenville, NC. The ideal candidate must meet and/or exceed the following:

• Must have managerial experience with proven success
• Must have sales experience
• Must be able to meet and/or exceed monthly goals
• Motivate and coach the team in reaching monthly goals
• Maintain a positive, friendly, upbeat and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to hold team accountable
• Organized, detail oriented, hardworking, and can multitask
• Ability to handle any situations that arise within the wax center on short notice
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fun, fast paced environment
