About This Position

Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food samples using UFS focus SKUs.
  • Maintain hygiene and presentation standards during sampling.
  • Set up booth and sampling stations efficiently at target outlets.
  • Engage with operators and customers to explain product benefits and usage.
  • Track and record SKU sales linked to sampling activity.
  • Identify and advise high-potential outlets based on footfall and product relevance.
  • Submit daily activity reports including outlet details, sample volume, and feedback.
  • Provide market insights such as competitor activity, price sensitivity, and consumer reaction.
  • Place sampling-related POSM where required.
  • Ensure brand visibility is maintained at operator touchpoints.
  • Build rapport with key outlet buyer to enable repeat visit and stronger brand presence.
Academic Qualification(s):
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
  • 1 - 2 year experience as a promoter, preferably experience in FMCG.
  • Comfortable with food prep and engaging the public, basic cooking / food handling skills, friendly, confident, and sales-driven personality. Able to travel within assigned areas.
  • Soft skills such as strong communication, interpersonal skills, and able to explain product benefits clearly and confidently to operators and consumers. Skilled in encouraging trial and convincing operators to purchase the focus SKUs.
Working Days:
  • Four Times Per Week (Thursday - Sunday).
  • Off day (Monday - Wednesday).
  • Working Hours - 9am - 6PM (1Hour Break).
