Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our growing staffing needs. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to scheduling and conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews with potential hires.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Participate in the interview process, providing insightful feedback on candidates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective onboarding procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet staffing needs.
- Provide regular updates to the HR team and senior management on recruitment progress.
