SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Associate Funding Consultant (AFC) plays a key role in our sales process by serving as prospective clients’ first point of contact. This position ensures timely response, accurate lead entry, and smooth handoff to our Funding Consultants. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor a central inbox and enter incoming leads into Salesforce within five minutes of receipt.
• Trigger automated follow-up communications and send a shared calendar link for booking Initial Consultation Calls (ICs).
• Immediately call prospects to schedule ICs, prioritizing relationship fit and calendar availability.
• When leads are sent directly to a Funding Consultant (FC), coordinate with the referring FC and follow the standard booking process to ensure continuity and efficiency.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and email automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams while owning fast-paced administrative tasks.
