Staff Accountant at White Elephant Aspen – Aspen, Colorado

Join our White Elephant Aspen Team, part of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen.

We are currently seeking a full-time, year-round Staff Accountant to manage key financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger support for our Aspen property. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting luxury hospitality behind the scenes.

*Ideal start start date 11/1/2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Process A/P, A/R, and biweekly payroll
• Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with monthly tax filings and financial reporting
• Maintain accounting records and support operational audits

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (hospitality a plus)
• Familiarity with Excel, ADP, and hotel PMS systems
