Job Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Manager, you will:
šØāš³ Lead the Kitchen ā Supervise all aspects of food production and service, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with dietary needs.
š Menu Management ā Coordinate menu updates, oversee corporate menu standards, and ensure nutritional requirements are met.
š Monitor Operations ā Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, safety protocols, portion control, and sanitation standards.
š Schedule & Staffing ā Coordinate schedules, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and fill in as needed to maintain workflow.
Qualifications:
ā High school diploma or equivalent.
ā Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or food service setting.
ā Proven knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
ā Experience with electronic menu systems (e.g., E-menu) preferred.
