Job Overview:

In collaboration with the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will function as a member of the team to organize and administer individualized age-specific care to patients

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be a certified Surgical Technologist.

Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable):

Current BLS required (American Heart Association) Successful completion of all Orientation and Departmental Programs with documentation

Essential Functions:

Maintain an environment that facilitates safe patient outcomes. Ensure patient’s physiologic responses to surgery are as expected in the surgical suite and across the perioperative. In collaboration with the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will function as a member of the team to organize and administer individualized age-specific care to patients.
