You will support the design execution of high-quality interfaces, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility across the Booking experience. Much of your work will take place in Figma, where you will organize files, prepare design handoffs, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented environment where design quality, accessibility, and user impact are central. It is an excellent opportunity for a growing Product Designer who is passionate about UI excellence and wants to develop within a global product organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the delivery of high-quality UI designs, ensuring visual consistency, attention to detail, and alignment with product guidelines.

  • Assist in defining and documenting accessibility specifications under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to support feature delivery.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving the visual quality of the Booking user experience.
  • Participate in team ceremonies, ensuring alignment with priorities and ongoing product discussions.
  • Continuously develop skills in UI design, accessibility, and product design fundamentals within a collaborative environment.
Requirements

This role requires a detail-oriented Product Designer with strong foundational UI skills and a willingness to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting high-quality interfaces and eager to learn from senior designers while contributing to real product experiences.

  • Experience or strong interest in Product Design or UI Design, preferably in digital products, tech, or startups.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including file organization, component usage, and design handoff preparation.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on visual consistency and interface quality.
  • Interest in Design Systems and scalable UI practices.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, and product teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks and documentation with precision.
  • Ability to read and write in English for documentation, accessibility specs, and design handoffs.
Benefits
  • Global wellness platform access, including fitness, meditation, nutrition, sleep, and mental health resources
  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance plans
  • Flexible work model (remote and hybrid options depending on team alignment)
  • Home office support and flexibility tools for remote setup
  • Paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and additional wellness days
  • Extended parental leave and family support programs
  • Learning and development programs, including courses, mentorship, and internal mobility opportunities
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on wellbeing and work-life balance
  • Structured career development and continuous feedback environment.
