In this role you will play a key role in executing HR strategies and supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, supporting M&A activities, special projects, recruitment, compliance, onboarding, and policy administration. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders while helping drive consistency, compliance, and engagement across the workforce.

How You Will Make a Difference
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Provide guidance and interpretation of company policies, procedures, and employment practices
- Counsel leaders and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring consistent and fair application
- Conduct investigations related to employee concerns, policy violations, and disciplinary matters
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Support Affirmative Action, EEO reporting, and audit readiness requirements
- Maintain accurate employee data and assist with HR reporting and documentation
Training & Program Implementation
- Coordinate and support training and development initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs, policies, and process improvements
- Partner with leadership on engagement and performance management initiatives
Collaboration & Operational Excellence
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve HR issues and improve processes
- Participate in HR projects, meetings, and organizational initiatives
- Act as a resource for employees and leadership in a high-touch, service-driven HR model
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with employee relations, recruiting, and HR program administration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft 365 tools

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- SHRM-CP, PHR preferred
- Practical experience working and advising on employment law including, but not limited to ADAAA, FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, Title VII, AA/EEO programs, regulations, and reporting
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in multi-site or healthcare environments preferred
