Job Title: Associate Maintenance Technician | 1st Shift
Shift/Schedule: AWS First Shift 6:00 am - 6:00 PM
Pay: Base = $25/hr. (+ based on experience)

Position Overview:
The Associate Maintenance Technician performs basic repairs and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment while building technical skills under supervision.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs
- Help conduct equipment trial runs and ensure proper operation
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns
- Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate work logs
- Support team efforts to minimize downtime
- Follow safety standards and GMP guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic math, computer, and documentation skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
