Territory Sales Associate – Entry Level (Kansas)

Responsibilities:

Meet customers face to face within your territoryCall customers to discuss projects and purchase ordersPrepare material estimates and deliver samplesTrain new customers on product useBuild demand with contractors, distributors, and other stakeholdersMaintain consistent customer follow-up

Qualifications:No sales experience requiredPositive, outgoing, and confident communicatorStrong organization and time-management skillsCustomer service experience preferredBusiness or university degree requiredValid driver’s license and reliable vehicleAbility to travel up to 50%Valid work authorization

Compensation & Benefits:$45,000 base salary + uncapped commissionFirst-year On Target Earnings: $60,000–$65,000Car allowanceCell phone, laptop, and expense accountHealth care contributionFull-time, permanent position with advancement opportunities
