Clinical Scope
We are seeking a comprehensive clinician who is comfortable performing a broad range of procedures, including:
Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
Crown and bridge dentistry
Surgical and routine extractions
Implant placement and restoration
Endodontic therapy (molar endodontics preferred)
Cosmetic dentistry
Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex restorative cases

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
Minimum 2+ years of comprehensive clinical experience preferred
Experience with implant placement and restoration strongly preferred
Molar endodontic experience preferred
Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities
Commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards
