This role offers an opportunity to apply deep financial expertise in a cutting-edge AI benchmarking initiative focused on real-world Indian financial systems and regulatory environments. You will contribute to designing and evaluating complex, realistic scenarios that reflect core finance functions such as compliance, risk analysis, investment decision-making, and financial reporting. The work involves assessing how AI interprets financial data, regulations, and domain-specific reasoning within India’s financial ecosystem. You will help ensure AI systems respond accurately, responsibly, and in alignment with regulatory expectations. Operating in a highly analytical and precision-driven environment, you will collaborate with global experts to improve AI understanding of financial services. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality and reliability of AI systems in finance-related applications.

• Create realistic finance-related scenarios in Odia reflecting Indian financial systems, including compliance, audit, risk management, investment analysis, and financial reporting tasks.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess financial reasoning, regulatory compliance, analytical accuracy, and professional decision-making quality.
• Review AI-generated and human-generated outputs for factual correctness, regulatory alignment, and financial integrity.
• Provide expert feedback and contribute to the development of “gold standard” financial solutions aligned with Indian financial best practices.
• Ensure scenarios reflect real-world financial workflows, institutional standards, and regulatory frameworks within India’s financial ecosystem.

• Native-level proficiency in Odia with strong professional proficiency in English.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance or financial services, including areas such as compliance, audit, risk management, investment analysis, or financial structuring.
• Strong understanding of Indian financial systems, products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance environments such as central banking systems and capital market authorities.
• Ability to produce and evaluate high-quality financial content with strong analytical and numerical accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to assess complex financial reasoning objectively.
