The Data Analyst for Supply Chain & Operations is responsible for transforming supply planning and operational data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across procurement, maintenance, and inventory management. This role focuses on building, analyzing, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve demand forecasting, inventory performance, and overall supply chain efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Analyze supply chain, inventory, and demand data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact operational performance and aircraft readiness
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide visibility into key metrics such as inventory levels, demand forecasting accuracy, and supply exceptions
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Maintenance teams to translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations
- Monitor and improve data quality across planning systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of critical datasets
- Perform data modeling and forecasting analyses to support demand planning and inventory optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend data-driven improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and measuring the impact of changes
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data platforms
- Create and maintain documentation for data sources, reporting logic, and analytical processes
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, and/or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or supply chain data environments preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, or operations analytics concepts preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Experience with data quality management, data governance, or process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) is a plus
