Job Summary
The Business Analyst supports business and technology teams by analyzing processes, identifying system and data-driven solutions, and delivering improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This position will be filled at either the Business Analyst III or Business Analyst IV level, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and business needs. Each role partners with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define current and future state processes, and support initiatives ranging from system enhancements to large, cross-functional projects.
- BA III Salary Range: $100,000 – $111,000
- BA IV Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend solutions
- Gather and document business and system requirements (current and future state)
- Partner with business and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements
- Lead or support testing efforts, including test planning and execution
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to reporting and data insights
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: BA III: Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in business analysis, financial services, retirement plans, technology delivery, or related fields
- BA IV: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, financial services, retirement plans, technology delivery, or related fields
- Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Experience supporting or leading system implementations, enhancements, or process improvements
- Experience in retirement plans or financial services domain
- Experience with Salesforce and/or PACE
- Experience working within Agile methodology and SDLC environments
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or certifications in process, performance management, or quality assurance/testing preferred
- Experience using artificial intelligence for requirements gathering.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$76,250.00 - $129,750.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
