This role is focused on leading organizational change initiatives within complex transformation environments, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. You will play a strategic role in mapping impacts, designing mitigation plans, and enabling successful change adoption across multiple teams and stakeholders. The position involves developing communication and training strategies that support behavioral and technical capability development. You will also be responsible for measuring adoption, analyzing feedback, and continuously improving change effectiveness. The environment is highly collaborative, digital, and fast-paced, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and adaptability. - Lead end-to-end change management initiatives, including impact analysis, planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and implement communication and training strategies to support organizational transformation.
- Design mitigation plans to address change impacts and ensure smooth adoption across teams.
- Create and deliver training materials, workshops, and capacity-building sessions for impacted stakeholders.
- Support and guide content creators and trainers in developing learning materials and delivery approaches.
- Monitor adoption metrics, collect feedback, and generate insights to improve change effectiveness.
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards with KPIs, progress tracking, and recommendations.
- Engage with stakeholders across different levels to ensure alignment and change engagement.
- Promote continuous improvement practices within change management processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) within strategic transformation projects.
- Strong background in planning and executing communication and training strategies for change initiatives.
- Experience mapping organizational impacts and defining mitigation and adoption plans.
- Solid experience in developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- Ability to guide trainers and content developers in learning design and execution.
- Experience tracking adoption metrics, collecting feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple business areas and hierarchy levels.
- Excellent communication, influence, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of change methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and learning strategies.
- High adaptability, resilience, and ability to manage resistance in transformation contexts.
