Job Description
Job Title: Hospice RN
Location: Hospital in Newport Beach, CA (100% Onsite)
Local Contract- 13 week contract (can be renewed)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM- 5PM
Hourly Rate: $70/hr depending on experience
Duties: The Clinical Nurse I –role provides direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act to assigned patients in the Home Health and/or Hospice setting.
*** Required Skills & Experience:
-Home Health: Requires at a minimum of two (2) years of acute clinical nursing experience, clinical home health care experience is required.
-Hospice: Requires at a minimum of two (2) years of acute clinical nursing experience or home health experience.
*** Required Education:
-Home Health: Completion of an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher education.
-Hospice: Completion of an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher education.
*** Required Certifications & Licensure:
-All Clinical Nurse I's must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
-All Clinical Nurse I's are required to have current BLS certification prior to clinical rotation.
-Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
