About the Company:
Established in 1951, SPS Companies, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of products and services for residential and commercial plumbing, mechanical, and industrial piping, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and fire protection. We currently have seven plumbing locations across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Colorado. In addition to plumbing and heating, we also have fire protection and roofing/sheet metal divisions. As an Employee Owned Company (ESOP), our employees have a vested interest in SPS and its success.
About the Role:
The Sales Representative is a key contributor to our Duluth branch, responsible for driving revenue growth and managing customer relationships in the local market. This is a sales-first role for someone who is driven to grow a book of business and build lasting relationships with contractors and trade accounts. At the same time, as part of a small, close-knit branch team, you will play an active role in the day-to-day success of the operation — making this an ideal fit for someone who takes pride in contributing beyond their primary function. This is a full-time position. Shifts typically range from 8am - 5pm but vary on occasion.
