This is an exciting opportunity to manage strategic technology partnerships and help shape the future of a growing product ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as the operational bridge between external partners and internal teams, ensuring integrations, commercial initiatives, and customer experiences are successfully delivered. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support teams to drive partner-enabled growth and improve operational efficiency. This position combines relationship management, product operations, and go-to-market execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable processes, solving complex challenges, and turning partnerships into measurable business impact.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for product partner relationships, managing communication, alignment, and ongoing collaboration with strategic technology partners.
- Establish and maintain structured partner operating rhythms, including regular business reviews, operational meetings, action tracking, and follow-up on commitments.
- Support partner strategy execution by translating business objectives into operational plans, commercial readiness activities, and scalable partnership processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create and maintain partner enablement materials, including capability documentation, implementation resources, customer-facing narratives, and sales support assets.
- Coordinate customer escalations involving partner solutions by aligning internal teams and external partners on resolution plans and communicating outcomes effectively.
- Evaluate partner platform updates, product releases, API changes, and technical enhancements to assess business impact and coordinate internal responses.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, Professional Services, and Product teams to support go-to-market execution for partner-enabled offerings.
- Maintain visibility into partner-related opportunities, pipeline activity, and commercial progress in collaboration with revenue teams.
- Coordinate operational requirements for integrations, including access management, SSO configuration, documentation, system setup, and cross-functional workflows.
- Identify integration gaps, customer experience challenges, technical limitations, and commercial readiness opportunities, escalating key insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Improve partner management processes, documentation, and workflows to support scalability as the partner ecosystem continues to grow.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, product operations, business development operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing technology partnerships, SaaS integrations, or platform-level partnerships strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market execution, commercial enablement, and partner-driven revenue opportunities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Experience creating partner-facing and customer-facing documentation, such as capability summaries, implementation guides, and sales enablement materials.
- Ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining accountability and structure.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze partner updates, technical changes, and customer feedback to identify business impact and required actions.
- Experience in clinical trials, life sciences, healthcare technology, or related industries is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 USD.
