Job Description

The Guest Relations Representative will deliver and foster a premier level of service for our clients and dealerships based on trust and respect, and by developing and maintaining strong professional relationships. The position is the single point of contact for our clients to address service inquiries and concerns.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the Guest and Service Consultant if and when necessary;
- Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered;
- Assists in resolving guest complaints, and coordinates management assistance when necessary;
- Follow-Up after service visits to see if their service experience was satisfactory

Job Requirements:
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong customer service experience;
- Great listener and communicator;
- Possess a strong outgoing personality;
- Monday - Friday, (hours may very);
- Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
