Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Loadout Lead to oversee the efficient and safe loading operations at our frac sand facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic environment, ensuring that product delivery meets quality standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily loadout operations to ensure timely and accurate loading of frac sand products.

- Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.

- Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

- Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.

- Ensure quality control standards are maintained during the loading process.

- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules and inventory management.

- Maintain accurate records of loadout activities, including production reports and safety documentation.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bulk material handling or industrial environment, preferably in the frac sand or mining industry.

- Strong understanding of loading equipment, safety procedures, and quality control standards.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations relevant to bulk material handling.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications are a plus.
