What You’ll Do

Handle inbound customer calls and convert them into scheduled service appointmentsMake outbound calls to schedule and follow up with customersConduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain accurate and timely customer recordsCommunicate with dispatch and management to support smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in a call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive, professional, and customer-focused demeanorStrong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilitiesSelf-motivated and team-orientedHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher a plus)
