We areseeking a career-orientedHVAC Maintenance Technicianto join our team atThe Retreat at Seven Trails, a 532-unit propertyin Ballwin, MO.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

-Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

-$2,000 sign-on bonus

- Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses.
- On-call bonus structure - up to $1,300.
