Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Licensed Practical Nurse Behavioral Health to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Union Office. Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Behavioral Health
Salary/Pay Rate: $31-$36/hour depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time, M-F

Job Title Duties (include but not limited to):
- Receiving Orders from Providers and Enrolling Patients in REMS
- Obtaining Patient Insurance Authorization for Spravato Treatment
- Maintaining Patient Treatment log and Inventory Control Logs
- Patient Supervision during Administration
- Patient Monitoring and vital signs assessment during treatment
- All tasks that are part of Spravato Program Protocol
- Performing tasks as needed by prescribing provider and associated practitioners
- Provide patient education regarding Spravato treatment protocols and aftercare
- Meticulous and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with treatment planning and patient support.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned to support behavioral health programs.
Maintain Licensure or Certification:
- Active NJ LPN license
- Current BLS certification required.
Required Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required.
- Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience’ psychiatry or behavioral health strongly preferred.
- Keen clinical observation, judgment and action
- Spravato/ketamine administration experience a big plus.
- Highly proficient with EMRs; working knowledge of Athena EMR a plus.
- Excellent scribing and documentation skills required
- Ability to connect with patients.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
