Job Description
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Operations Support Technician to support our Navy Client on a program onsite in Pensacola, FL. The position will support the Navy Education Training Command (NETC) Data Center and Facilities Monitoring. Essential skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-call availability, routine documentation, facility access/visitation, receiving, and DRMO of assets.

How your role will make an impact:
- Monitor data center environment.
- Monitor operational status of production and development assets.
- Document visitation to the facilities.
- Maintain visitor logs and provide facilities access to approved personnel.
- Receive packages from the warehouse.
- Review SOPs, logs and video surveillance.
- Provide on-call support to personnel who need facilities access.
- Process equipment for DRMO/destruction.
What you will need to join our award winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- CompTIA Security+ CE or similar IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification required or qualifying Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of general experience in software, systems, and business processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
- Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices

- Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
- Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
- Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
