  • Independently manage and resolve escalated customer or operational issues, coordinating the appropriate internal resources when needed.
  • Use analytics platforms and business intelligence tools to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Customer Solutions, Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver financial, operational, and strategic objectives.
Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build productive relationships, influence stakeholders without formal authority, and communicate complex topics clearly at all organizational levels.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with strong judgment and the ability to determine when decisions or issues need to be escalated.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives through execution.
