This is an opportunity for a sales professional to drive commercial growth within the construction industry.
You will be responsible for prospecting new customers, developing relationships, and managing an established regional client portfolio.
The role combines field sales, consultative selling, proposal development, negotiation, and post-sales relationship management.
You will work closely with internal sales teams while staying attentive to market dynamics, pricing, and competitive activity.
Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling commercial proposals will be central to your success.
The position offers significant autonomy, with direct responsibility for regional sales performance, customer loyalty, and revenue targets.

- Prospect and acquire new customers through inbound contacts, internal channels, construction-site visits, industry events, and telephone outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, supporting customer retention, loyalty, and post-sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team focused on building installation solutions to identify opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Prepare commercial proposals and budgets aligned with customer requirements, negotiating terms and closing orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including registrations, construction company profiles, contact databases, and mailing lists.
- Monitor market conditions, including pricing practices, commercial negotiations, customer trends, and competitor activity.
- Manage the regional order and billing portfolio, taking appropriate actions to support the achievement of sales targets.
- Coordinate with the finance department by submitting expense reports according to established procedures and providing travel schedules in advance.
- Prepare monthly reports covering regional performance, commercial activity, market observations, and relevant business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales Management, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in the construction industry is essential.
- Previous experience in customer prospecting, business development, and management of a client portfolio.
- Strong commercial orientation and the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
- Resilience and persistence when handling rejection, commercial challenges, and changing market conditions.
- Flexibility to adapt sales approaches to different customers, situations, and business needs.
- Strong proactivity and ownership, with the ability to independently manage activities and remain accountable for results.
- Good negotiation, relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in the field.
