This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager Senior based in Brazil.
This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on shaping strategy, discovery, and execution for digital products.
You will own the product vision and help translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals into impactful solutions.
The role combines user research, data analysis, prioritization, roadmap management, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, and leadership to drive products from discovery through launch.
A key part of the position is making strategic decisions around investment, pricing, positioning, growth, and ROI.
You will also influence product practices across the organization and mentor other Product Managers.
The environment is remote, collaborative, and suited to an experienced professional comfortable making decisions in complex and ambiguous scenarios.
- Conduct user interviews, research, and analysis of Support feedback to identify customer pain points, needs, and opportunities.
- Monitor competitors, market movements, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing bugs, improvements, and new features through frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, and MoSCoW.
- Define clear User Stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Partner with Engineering and Design to clarify requirements, remove impediments, validate deliveries, and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with UX/Design teams on wireframes, usability, and the overall user experience.
- Communicate the product vision, roadmap, progress, and strategic priorities to leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate Go-to-Market activities for new features with Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Evaluate requests and negotiate resources, making informed trade-offs and declining initiatives that do not align with product strategy.
- Support Commercial and Customer Support teams by providing training and clear information about new product capabilities.
- Own the product's long-term vision and strategy, with a 12–24-month horizon focused on business value, profitability, and market growth.
- Lead market, competitive, and trend analysis to identify new product lines and high-impact opportunities.
- Present and defend product strategy, priorities, and investment requirements to management, securing organizational support and resources.
- Mentor Junior and Mid-level Product Managers, contributing to the development of product management capabilities across the team.
- Improve Product Management processes and frameworks, including discovery practices, prioritization methods, and metrics definition.
- Navigate highly ambiguous situations, using product expertise and structured thinking to establish direction and mitigate risks.
- Contribute to strategic business decisions involving pricing models, market positioning, budget allocation, and return on investment.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in Digital Product Management, Product, or closely related roles.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban, as well as backlog management.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of a key feature or product with defined scope.
- Proficiency with prioritization frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, and MoSCoW.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, including KPI definition and the use of product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics.
- Ability to create clear and detailed User Stories, requirements, and PRDs.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to drive alignment without formal authority.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate product-market and user fit.
- Clear understanding of business models and how products generate value and revenue.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, basic architecture, and technical constraints, enabling effective communication with Engineering teams.
- Proficiency with product/project management and roadmapping tools such as Jira.
- Strategic thinking, strong prioritization, analytical reasoning, and comfort working with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align multidisciplinary teams around a common product vision.
