Sr. Client Coordinator (E-Commerce)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Client Coordinator (E-Commerce) based in United States.

As a Sr. Client Coordinator, you will take ownership of complex client relationships and e-commerce content projects from initial planning through final publication and syndication. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage project schedules, and ensure client requirements and brand standards are consistently met. The role sits at the intersection of client service, project management, digital shelf content, and production operations. You will serve as a key point of contact for client questions, project updates, production issues, and problem resolution. Success requires strong organization, communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on client satisfaction and the successful delivery of digital commerce content.

Accountabilities
  • Own complex and/or multiple client relationships while serving as the project owner for e-commerce content from project initiation through completion.
  • Create and maintain detailed project work-back schedules, ensuring upfront tasks, milestones, and activities are assigned and completed on time.
  • Initiate project kickoff and solution review meetings and coordinate follow-up meetings, deliverables, and activities according to project requirements.
  • Direct project activities and monitor progress to maintain cost, quality, and timeline efficiencies.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand expectations, validate protocols and brand requirements, and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely responses regarding project status, reports, concerns, and information requests.
  • Monitor production queries, identify potential conflicts or delays, and coordinate effective resolutions to keep projects on track.
  • Apply knowledge of digital shelf processes, from creative kickoff through publication and content syndication, to support successful e-commerce content delivery.
  • Interpret client needs and translate requirements into clear project actions for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively, escalating risks when necessary to protect timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and other project stakeholders.
  • Support additional project coordination and operational activities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive project coordination experience, preferably in a client-facing or production environment.
  • Understanding of digital shelf content requirements and e-commerce content processes is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage projects from conception through completion.
  • Excellent analytical, prioritization, planning, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex information clearly.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, internet applications, and related business tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive collaborative relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to influence peers and management while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, with exceptional attention to detail, deadlines, project status, and reporting.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding and application of basic mathematical concepts.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally on a local, national, or international basis when required.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
Benefits
  • Salary range: $72,000–$82,000 USD annually, with final compensation determined by location, experience, skills, education, training, and other job-related factors.
  • Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Candidates may be considered across multiple U.S. states, with certain state and territory restrictions.
  • Medical and healthcare plan options with prescription drug coverage.
  • Dental insurance.
  • Vision insurance.
  • Basic and supplemental life insurance.
  • Flexible Spending Account options for medical and dependent-care expenses or a Health Savings Account, depending on plan selection.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) savings plan.
  • Opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and complex e-commerce content projects.
  • Collaborative environment with opportunities to develop client management, project management, and digital commerce expertise.
