Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking Safety Hosts/Hostesses to ensure the safety of all guests and staff, while providing exceptional customer services are the guest’s first and last impression.

Deliverables:

The Safety Host/Hostess is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Greets guests with a smile and a friendly greeting
• Maintains professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Checks guest identification whenever age restrictions are enforced
• Ensures all guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures; enforces COVID policies, where applicable (i.e. face coverings/masks and social distancing, etc.)
• Assists management with any security functions related to alcohol service and monitoring that guests aren’t over their limits
• Diffuses difficult guest situations while upholding the Company’s Core Values and protecting the integrity and safety of our staff and guests
• Assists and directs guests as needed; acts as a venue ambassador to the brand by assisting with any guest requests and/or questions
• Communicates any potential guest service issues to management with a sense of urgency and handles accordingly

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, high volume, or nightclub environment
• Open availability including weekend nights and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk around for long periods of time
• Passionate about guest service and hospitality
• Background checks and Security Certifications (where applicable) are required to perform this job
