  • Provide actionable market and customer feedback to internal product and engineering stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on territory-specific campaigns and initiatives designed to generate demand and accelerate growth.
  • Travel regularly throughout Victoria for customer meetings, site visits, and partner engagements, with occasional domestic and international travel as required.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, preferably with a strong focus on hunting and new business development.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and manage a territory from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling technology, security solutions, SaaS, or related B2B solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with IT channel partners, system integrators, or similar partner ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence leading conversations with senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, discovery, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple levels within large organizations.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with persistent prospecting and new-business hunting.
  • Coachable and curious, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
  • Organized and analytical, with the ability to create data-driven territory strategies and accurate forecasts.
  • Strong local enterprise network and relationships across Victoria, particularly within healthcare, retail, corporate, or related industries.
  • Creative and collaborative approach to working with marketing, technical teams, and partners to drive regional growth.
  • Strong commercial judgment and a consistent focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Independently authorized to work in Australia, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
