- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and productive work environment.
- Assist with safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For

- Experience overseeing production operations; experience with quality control and shipping/logistics is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production priorities, and quality requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop employees.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns and workplace issues professionally and effectively.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Shipping, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjust hours based on business needs.
