- Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Nextdoor, and streaming platforms through The Trade Desk, ensuring campaigns are correctly configured and aligned with approved strategies.
- Execute campaigns using approved strategy decks, targeting parameters, creative assets, and ad copy, ensuring the correct funnel stages and campaign objectives are applied.
- Upload, organize, review, and verify video and static creative assets across advertising platforms before launch.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets across multiple accounts, monitoring daily pacing to prevent underdelivery or overspending and implementing approved reallocations accurately and on time.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identify inefficiencies or issues, and execute approved optimizations involving audiences, creative assets, funnel structures, and other campaign variables.
- Support split testing by implementing approved test variables, monitoring results, and documenting outcomes clearly.
- Conduct thorough pre-launch and post-launch quality-control audits covering objectives, targeting, exclusions, creative, ad copy, URLs, UTMs, and tracking functionality.
- Identify and correct campaign errors promptly, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to preventable mistakes and ensuring campaigns operate exactly as intended.
- Configure and verify pixels, tags, analytics integrations, and other tracking requirements using tools such as Google Tag Manager and platform-specific solutions.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues, including non-firing tags, and determine the appropriate steps required to restore accurate measurement.
- Confirm analytics access, tracking integrity, required assets, and integrations before campaigns are launched or modified.
- Collaborate closely with internal Client Success Managers to execute approved strategies, campaign changes, and optimization requests accurately and efficiently.
- Interpret internal campaign requests, prioritize execution based on urgency, and document changes and campaign status clearly within internal systems.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
- Direct experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; additional experience with Reddit, TikTok, Nextdoor, or streaming advertising platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns targeting the U.S. market and a strong understanding of U.S. digital advertising practices.
- Strong knowledge of campaign tracking, pixels, tags, analytics, UTMs, and related technical advertising infrastructure.
- Experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager and familiarity with troubleshooting tracking and conversion-measurement issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to identify errors and inconsistencies that others may overlook.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, accounts, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
- Ability to follow documented processes and execution standards consistently, with a strong focus on quality control and error prevention.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and campaign requests may require quick turnaround.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to investigate campaign or tracking issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and naturally with U.S.-based colleagues and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a non-client-facing position focused primarily on campaign execution, monitoring, optimization, and delivery.
- Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, from approximately 8:55 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST or longer when required to complete the work.
- Willingness to work on the final and first day of each month when campaigns need to be deactivated or reactivated, including weekends when those dates fall on a weekend; a compensatory day off will be provided during the following week.
- Strong sense of ownership, reliability, discipline, and enthusiasm for solving challenging operational problems.
- Compensation of $2,000 USD per month.
- Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
- Work schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Fully remote working arrangement.
- Opportunity to manage paid media campaigns across multiple major advertising platforms and channels.
- Meaningful responsibility for campaign execution, budget pacing, optimization, tracking, and quality control.
- Structured, well-documented operating environment with established processes and systems.
- Opportunity to work on campaigns operating at meaningful scale for established businesses.
