We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven attorney licensed in Nevada to provide legal guidance across multiple affiliated business entities and operational divisions.

Advantixx is seeking an experienced Nevada-licensed attorney to serve as strategic legal counsel across our family of affiliated companies. This position requires strong knowledge and practical experience in:

The ideal candidate will work closely with Advantixx executive leadership and management teams across multiple affiliated companies, providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance while protecting the organization’s interests, managing legal risk, and supporting continued expansion and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesHealthcare & Regulatory- Provide legal guidance to Advantixx-affiliated healthcare organizations on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Review and negotiate healthcare agreements, provider contracts, business associate agreements, vendor agreements, and other healthcare-related contracts.
- Advise management regarding applicable state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Support Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, licensing, credentialing, and other healthcare regulatory matters as appropriate.
- Assist with regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, and compliance matters.
- Develop legal strategies designed to mitigate regulatory and operational risk.
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advise Advantixx and its affiliated companies regarding corporate governance, business transactions, and operational legal matters.
- Identify legal exposure and provide practical recommendations to executive leadership.
- Support entity formation, restructuring, corporate governance, and organizational matters.
- Provide legal support for acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, investments, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Participate in due diligence associated with acquisitions and other significant transactions.
- Manage pre-litigation disputes and oversee active litigation involving Advantixx or its affiliated companies.
- Develop litigation and dispute-resolution strategies in coordination with executive leadership.
- Coordinate and manage outside counsel when specialized representation is necessary.
- Draft and review demand letters, legal responses, settlement agreements, releases, and other legal documents.
- Support commercial disputes, collections, contractual claims, employment-related matters, and other business disputes.
- Monitor litigation deadlines, exposure, strategy, and resolution.
- Review and negotiate commercial leases, purchase agreements, amendments, and other real estate contracts.
- Provide legal guidance regarding acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant matters, property-related disputes, and commercial transactions.
- Assist with due diligence associated with real estate acquisitions and expansion.
- Advise executive leadership regarding real estate risk and transactional strategy.
- Identify and evaluate legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational risks across Advantixx-affiliated companies.
- Work with leadership to develop risk-mitigation strategies.
- Review company policies and procedures for legal and regulatory considerations.
- Assist management with regulatory complaints, governmental inquiries, subpoenas, and other formal legal requests.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, compliance professionals, and outside counsel when appropriate.
- Help establish scalable legal and compliance processes as the organization continues to expand.
- Active Nevada Bar License in good standing.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Demonstrated experience in business/corporate law and contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of litigation and dispute-resolution procedures.
- Experience handling healthcare-related legal or regulatory matters.
- Experience with commercial real estate transactions, leasing, or disputes.
- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage legal matters involving multiple affiliated companies simultaneously.
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential and privileged information.
- Experience serving healthcare organizations, physician practices, pharmacies, home health agencies, home care organizations, or other regulated healthcare businesses.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, healthcare licensing, and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
- Experience supporting organizations with multiple subsidiaries or affiliated business entities.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, or business expansion.
- Experience managing outside counsel and litigation.
- Commercial real estate experience.
- Entrepreneurial and business-oriented approach to legal counsel.
- Ability to translate complex legal issues into practical recommendations for executives and operational leaders.
- Experience working directly with founders, owners, executives, or senior management in a rapidly growing organization.
The pay range for this role is:
1,500 - 3,000 USD per month(Main Office)
