This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Virtual Client Consultant / Work From Home - Training Provided based in United States.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a Virtual Client Consultant focused on helping individuals and families understand and access life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. You’ll meet with clients virtually, learn about their needs, explain available options, and provide guidance throughout the enrollment process. The role combines client service, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative sales in a flexible work-from-home environment. No previous insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided. You’ll have access to qualified client opportunities, allowing you to focus on consultations, education, enrollment, and long-term relationship building. Compensation is performance-driven, with weekly commission payments, potential bonuses, and renewal or residual income opportunities. This role is well suited to self-motivated, coachable professionals who want to build their skills and pursue advancement based on performance and leadership potential.

Accountabilities:
  • Conduct scheduled virtual and phone consultations with individuals and families to understand their needs, priorities, and financial protection goals.
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, including relevant coverage options, features, and considerations.
  • Provide needs-based recommendations and help clients evaluate available options without relying on high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Guide clients through applications and enrollment processes, including assisting with required documentation and answering questions along the way.
  • Provide ongoing client support after enrollment, including responding to benefit and policy questions, assisting with applicable policy reviews, and supporting account or beneficiary updates.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
  • Use virtual communication tools and business systems effectively to conduct appointments, manage client interactions, and support daily activities.
  • Participate in structured onboarding, product education, coaching sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development.
  • Apply feedback and training to continuously improve consultation, presentation, customer service, and relationship-management skills.
  • Work independently from home while remaining actively engaged with mentors, teammates, and the broader virtual team.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop professionally through performance, consistency, initiative, and demonstrated leadership ability, with opportunities to mentor or support newer representatives as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong active-listening, relationship-building, empathy, and client-service skills.
  • Positive, professional, self-motivated, and accountable approach to work.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn new products, processes, technology, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and the ability to apply feedback constructively.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, recruiting, banking, financial services, administration, call centers, client relations, leadership, or management can transfer well but is not required.
  • Previous insurance experience is not required; comprehensive training and licensing guidance are provided.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and physically located within the United States.
  • Must have access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Must be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments and participating in online meetings and training.
  • Must be willing to complete required training and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License if not already licensed.
  • Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to complete applicable state pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and licensing requirements.
Benefits:
  • 100% work-from-home opportunity within the United States.
  • Flexible scheduling within a fully virtual working environment.
  • Commission-based compensation with weekly commission pay and performance incentives; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
  • Performance-based bonuses and additional earning opportunities.
  • Renewal and residual income opportunities, where applicable.
  • Qualified client opportunities provided, with no requirement to purchase leads.
  • Comprehensive virtual onboarding, insurance education, client-service training, consultative sales development, and ongoing coaching.
  • Licensing guidance and support for candidates working toward the required state Life & Health Insurance License.
  • One-on-one mentorship, workshops, leadership development, and continuing professional education.
  • Performance-based career advancement opportunities, including potential mentoring, training, team development, and leadership responsibilities.
  • Eligible representatives may have access to company-supported life insurance, Accidental Death Benefit coverage, and a medical reimbursement program.
  • Potential eligibility for incentive travel, leadership conferences, recognition programs, performance contests, awards, team events, and retreats.
  • Access to virtual business technology and professional resources designed to support productivity, client service, and development.
  • Compensation and incentive eligibility vary according to individual performance, applicable qualifications, state requirements, and program terms. No specific income level is guaranteed.
