This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Information Technology Development Program based in the United States.

This early-career development program is designed for aspiring technology professionals who want to help shape the future of healthcare through digital innovation.
Participants gain hands-on experience through structured rotations across diverse areas of information technology and digital transformation.
You will work on meaningful projects spanning cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence, application development, infrastructure, and technical project management.

Accountabilities
  • Participate in structured IT rotations that provide exposure to multiple technology disciplines and business environments.
  • Contribute to projects involving cybersecurity, risk management, threat detection, data analytics, and operational improvement.
  • Support artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives designed to enhance technology processes, systems, and capabilities.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications and digital tools for internal and external users.
  • Support IT infrastructure and architecture initiatives focused on creating scalable, secure, and reliable technology environments.
  • Participate in technical product and project management activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Apply technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to real-world healthcare technology challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, project teams, mentors, and business stakeholders across different functions.
  • Participate in structured training, mentorship, and leadership development activities throughout the program.
  • Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, integrity, and a continuous-learning mindset while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Build a broad understanding of how technology, data, software, and digital solutions can improve healthcare delivery.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or another related STEM discipline.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply technical and analytical skills through academic coursework, projects, internships, research, or other practical experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and explain ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience through academic, professional, extracurricular, or community activities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
  • Prior internship, co-op, research, or project experience in IT, software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
  • Academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale is preferred, although candidates with diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Genuine interest in combining technology and healthcare to create meaningful real-world impact.
  • Experience working on collaborative teams or leading projects is advantageous.
  • Adaptability and resilience when working in dynamic or changing environments.
  • Openness to new ideas, perspectives, and ways of solving complex problems.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
