PRN Pharmacist in Loveland, Ohio at HEALTHSOURCE OF OHIO

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking to hire a Pharmacist who is passionate about providing quality healthcare to our patients and communities. We are looking for Friendly, Accessible, Credible individuals to join a great team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and dispense medications by reading medication orders and prescriptions; preform data entry of prescriptions, preparing labels; calculating quantities; counting medications and labeling prescription bottles and completing final verification of prescriptions. Anticipates needed medications and supplies by placing and expediting orders, verifying receipts, and removing outdated drugs. Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Provide counseling to patients on their prescriptions and OTC medications.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy License
• Immunization Certification by accredited organization
• Pharm. D. or BS in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
• 1 to 2 years of experience
