- Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and close senior technical talent in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive measurable improvements.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools within recruiting workflows, with a clear understanding of where they create leverage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Competitive salary range aligned to Canadian and North American tech markets, with variation based on location and experience.
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Equity participation as part of the overall compensation package.
- Flexible work arrangements supporting remote-first or hybrid collaboration models.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to individual and company outcomes.
