Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, proposal management, or related consulting roles, including significant exposure to public sector or government contracting.
  • Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing RFPs and RFQs for state, municipal, or public health agencies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to develop compelling proposal narratives.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Experience working independently while coordinating cross-functional and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service and collaboration mindset.
  • Prior client-facing and project leadership experience is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $95,000 – $125,000 annually, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • 6+ weeks of total paid leave, including vacation, sick time, personal days, and holidays
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions
