Job Description
Prudential Overall Supply, an industry leader in uniform and textile rental services since 1932, is seeking an IT Analyst – Infrastructure Support to join our Corporate IT team.
This role is ideal for a motivated IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and working across a variety of technologies. The IT Analyst provides hands-on support for end users, desktop systems, Microsoft 365 technologies, infrastructure platforms, and enterprise technology initiatives across multiple company locations. This role also supports automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.

What You'll Do- Provide desk-side, remote, phone, and email support for employees across multiple company locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, printer, mobile device, and application issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and related equipment.
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and collaboration tools including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and assist with infrastructure support activities.
- Support Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360, and other endpoint management platforms, including software deployment, endpoint policies, device compliance, workstation patching, and software updates.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceDesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems while documenting troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Follow established ITIL service management processes and escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when appropriate.
- Support user account administration, onboarding and offboarding activities, Active Directory management, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Manage hardware procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, asset lifecycle management, and software asset records.
- Develop automation workflows and integrations using n8n or similar platforms and leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and support emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-powered business solutions.
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness initiatives, technology training programs, and the creation of user-facing documentation and support resources.
- Participate in technology deployments, upgrades, infrastructure projects, and other initiatives as assigned by management.
- Travel regularly to company facilities throughout California and occasionally to other locations to provide technical support, equipment deployment, and project assistance.
- Participate in occasional after-hours maintenance activities and support efforts as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, help desk, desktop support, systems administration, or technical support environments.
- Experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360, or similar mobile device management solutions.
- Experience with ServiceDesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Experience with hardware deployment, inventory management, procurement, and asset tracking.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Experience implementing or supporting AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.
- Microsoft, VMware, AWS, Azure, OCI, or Fortinet certifications.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools.
