What You Will Do

• Develop and execute Vandor's technology vision and long-term IT roadmap.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve productivity and customer experience.
• Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure technology operations across multiple locations.
• Establish IT governance, compliance, and data management standards.
• Build, mentor, and lead internal IT teams and external technology partners.
• Manage IT budgets, software contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives and strengthen company-wide data protection.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, dependable, and obtains exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Proven success in leading enterprise technology initiatives
• strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud platforms and infrastructure, ERP systems and networking and data management.
• Experience supporting multi-site or rapidly growing organizations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise strongly preferred.
• Background in digital transformation, process automation, vendor negotiations and budget management, and data analytics and reporting systems.

This is a full-time, salaried-exempt role in a hybrid office/remote work environment. Occasional travel to the office and manufacturing facilities in Richmond, Indiana will be required.
