You will join a global, remote-first engineering organization building advanced trading experiences for a highly demanding user base in the crypto and fintech space. In this role, you will lead a distributed frontend engineering team responsible for the evolution of a high-performance trading interface used by experienced traders worldwide. You will shape technical direction, drive execution, and ensure engineering excellence across scalable and highly interactive UI systems. The environment is fast-paced, product-driven, and deeply collaborative, with strong alignment between engineering, product, and design. You will also play a key role in mentoring engineers, strengthening team culture, and elevating frontend standards across the organization. This is a leadership position where your decisions directly influence product quality, performance, and user experience at global scale.

Accountabilities:

Lead and grow a distributed frontend engineering team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and technical excellence.
Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for scalable, modular, and high-performance frontend systems.
Oversee the delivery of complex UI features for advanced trading and market-facing products.
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to align on roadmap and execution priorities.
Champion frontend performance, accessibility, and responsive design across all user experiences.
Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth.
Foster a strong engineering culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Guide modernization initiatives for frontend architecture, tooling, and developer experience.
Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and scalability in production systems.
Actively engage in product feedback loops, including usability reviews and hands-on evaluation.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong focus on frontend or full-stack development.
3+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in a distributed environment.
Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, including building complex, high-performance interfaces.
Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience managing engineering delivery in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance technical depth with strategic decision-making.
Passion for building high-quality user experiences at scale.
