You will play a critical role in identifying expansion opportunities, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring long-term value delivery. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will directly influence revenue performance and client success strategy. The environment is fast-paced, data-informed, and centered on building trusted, long-term partnerships with complex healthcare clients.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead strategic account management for top-tier clients, focusing on retention, renewal, and revenue growth across complex enterprise relationships.
  • Serve as the senior liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Develop and execute multi-level engagement strategies across client organizations, including C-suite and senior operational stakeholders.
  • Analyze client performance data to identify risks, savings opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and areas for service improvement.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to align client needs with company offerings and drive expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reporting, including client health updates, financial forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee CRM accuracy, client tracking, and documentation of engagement activities to ensure transparency and execution consistency.
  • Support marketing and commercial initiatives such as RFPs, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in healthcare, healthcare analytics, or health insurance industry roles with strong client-facing responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in senior client engagement, account management, or enterprise relationship leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare claims, payment systems, coding, billing, and fraud detection processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, including C-level stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a strong executive presence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data-driven decision-making environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as required.
  • Bonus: experience in database structures, analytics platforms, or healthcare technology ecosystems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000 annually, plus eligibility for discretionary bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Generous paid time off (17–27 days depending on level and tenure) plus 9 paid holidays per year.
  • Paid family leave and strong work-life support programs.
  • Fully remote work model with required home office setup and high-speed internet access.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact enterprise client relationships in a strategic executive role.
