About the Role:

Civility Management Solutions (CivilityMS) is seeking an Executive Reporting & Publication Support Specialist to support executive reporting deliverables, publication support activities, report formatting, document production workflows, graphics integration, Section 508 remediation, and recurring reporting coordination activities in a fast-paced federal environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong document production, formatting, and reporting support experience and demonstrate the ability to support recurring federal reporting cycles involving compressed deadlines and iterative review workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of federal administrative, reporting, document production, analytical, or program-support experience
  • Experience supporting executive-level reporting, publication, or administrative environments
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially:
    • PowerPoint
    • Excel
    • Word
    • Teams
    • SharePoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DHS or DoD experience preferred
  • Experience supporting federal reporting, publication, or executive support environments
  • Experience supporting publication-quality reporting deliverables and executive presentation products
  • Experience supporting document formatting, graphics integration, and publication workflows
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Section 508 remediation preferred
  • Experience supporting recurring federal reporting cycles and iterative review processes preferred
  • Experience supporting executive presentation development and reporting coordination activities preferred

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Office Certifications
  • Section 508 Accessibility Training/Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Administrative or Project Coordination Certifications

Responsibilities:

  • Support development of executive reports, briefings, presentations, and publication-ready deliverables
  • Assist with formatting, editing, graphics integration, and quality review of reporting products
  • Support recurring reporting schedules, milestone tracking, and deliverable coordination activities
  • Support document production workflows, iterative draft updates, and version-control activities
  • Assist with preparation of charts, tables, graphics, appendices, and presentation materials
  • Support stakeholder coordination and incorporation of review comments and deliverable updates
  • Assist with report formatting, publication preparation, and document production support
  • Support Section 508-compliant document remediation and accessibility activities
  • Maintain document repositories and reporting workflow tracking activities
  • Provide administrative and analytical support associated with recurring reporting cycles

Security Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability/Public Trust.
