In this role, you will lead and scale a high-performing Professional Services organization responsible for delivering complex software implementations across ERP, POS, and Student Information System platforms. You will oversee project delivery end-to-end, ensuring successful execution, strong financial performance, and high client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of education and enterprise customers. This position blends strategic leadership, operational rigor, and customer engagement, requiring you to manage distributed teams while maintaining a strong service-oriented approach. You will also play a key role in shaping scalable delivery methodologies, improving project efficiency, and embedding AI-driven tools across the project lifecycle. As a senior leader, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth, strengthen delivery capability, and support long-term customer success. This is a high-impact role suited for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and enjoys building structure while staying close to customers.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects across ERP, POS, and Student Information System implementations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and financial targets.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve scalable delivery methodologies for complex software implementation projects.
- Manage and mentor distributed, cross-functional teams including application consultants, technical specialists, and subject matter experts.
- Oversee project financial performance, including revenue forecasting, WIP management, percent-complete (EAC) accounting, and PS P&L ownership.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, contract alignment, and compliance with revenue recognition standards (including IFRS where applicable).
- Serve as escalation point for delivery risks, customer challenges, and project execution issues.
- Drive operational efficiency through the adoption of AI tools, automation, and standardized delivery frameworks.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to support RFPs, implementation scoping, and expansion opportunities within existing customers.
- Establish and track key performance indicators such as utilization, forecast accuracy, and delivery margin performance.
- Contribute to strategic planning, methodology development, and go-to-market positioning for Professional Services capabilities.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or project delivery leadership within ERP, POS, or Student Information System environments.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling Professional Services teams in a high-growth or evolving organization.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with PS P&L ownership, revenue forecasting, EAC accounting, and WIP management.
- Experience managing remote, cross-functional teams in distributed delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or automation in project delivery or operational workflows, with the ability to apply them strategically.
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, project governance, and lifecycle management.
- Experience working with education sector clients (K-12 or higher education) is a strong asset.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a servant-leadership mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and client levels.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project is preferred.
